Get the help you need and deserve at Advanced Mental Health Center in order to overcome mental barriers that get in the way of being the healthiest version of yourself. We provide mental health services to adults in the San Fernando Valley, including Encino, California and the surrounding cities. We offer a high level of expertese in various therapeutic evidence based practices. As experienced mental health providers, we understand socio-cultural norms and adhere to all privacy and ethical regulations.

Our experience working in medical offices led to the realization that several mental disorders were causing medical issues. Advanced Mental Health Center was founded to address the issue. We decided that if you could target and treat these mental disorders, you could greatly reduce the incidence of various medical issues.

We observe the brain in action from moment to moment. We show that information back to the person. And we reward the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns. This is a gradual learning process. It applies to any aspect of brain function that we can measure. Neurofeedback addresses problems of brain dysregulation. These happen to be numerous. They include the anxiety-depression spectrum, attention deficits, behavior disorders, various sleep disorders, headaches and migraines, PMS and emotional disturbances.  Dr. Ehsan is bilingual and fluent in Farsi.
